Obaob, for Referral No. 15cc-0289, on the subject: Request of the Honorable City Mayor for authority to grant a monetary reward to the PNP-HPG Provincial Highway Patrol Team for the successful interception of illegal drugs with an estimated value of approximately P68 Million during an anti-carnapping operation and checkpoint at Barangay Buenavista on April 28, 2026.
