Resolution adopted
Honorable Lance Samuel F. Co presented the endorsed request of the Honorable City Mayor for authority to enter into a Usufruct Agreement with the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) relative to a City Government-owned parcel of land situated at Barangay Santa Lucia, this city, purposely for the construction of an Artificial Football Turf. Following a brief deliberation, the body, after the rules were suspended to urgently consider the same and, upon his formal motion and duly seconded, approved the request through the passage of Resolution No. 2026-0424, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to execute and sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, a Deed of Usufruct in favor of the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), through the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur-Sibugay Regional Football Association, with reference to a portion of a City Government-owned parcel of land, covered by Tax Declaration No. 2019-001679, containing an area of Five Thousand (5,000) Square Meter, situated at Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City, purposely for the development of a football facility.
