Thereafter, following the suspension of the rules to urgently consider the matter, the body, at the instance of Honorable Culve and duly seconded, supported the request through the passage of Resolution No. 2025-0104, suspending the implementation of the mandatory change of color of all motorized tricycles-for-hire operating within the City of Pagadian, as required under Resolution No. 2022–1688, with a further direction to the Motorized Tricycle Regulatory Unit (MTRU) to immediately cease and desist from further implementing the mandatory change of color for all motorized tricycles-for-hire in the city as a pre-requisite for the renewal of franchise.
