Following a recess to allow the Council Members discuss the matter informally and, upon resumption, the body then suspended the rules to urgently consider the matter. Thereafter, the motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa and duly seconded, was supported by the body through the passage of Resolution No. 2025-0123, approving the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, as enunciated in its Board Resolution No. 001-2025 which, in gist, provide for a discounted rate for the payment of the air–conditioning chiller in the City Commercial Center (C3) in the amount of Fifty (P50.00) Pesos Per Square Meter, provided however, that the discounted rate shall cease to take effect upon the restoration and full operational of the air–conditioning chiller system in the C3.

Prior to the adoption of the above-mentioned resolution, the Honorable Floor Leader manifested the need for the Sangguniang Panlungsod to keep abreast on the condition of the said equipment, such that requiring the C3 Management to make the necessary report once the air–conditioning chiller system in the C3 is fully functional and operational is most imperative to guide the body on the matter.

At this junction, the Honorable Floor Leader presented her proposal to reset the scheduled 15th Regular Session on October 29, 2025 to November 05, 2025 due to pre-scheduled official commitments of the individual Council Members as well as other equally important responsibilities of providing necessary support and assistance to the city’s constituencies aside from the increasing number of unacted referrals of the different standing committees which requires immediate consideration. After a brief deliberation and, upon her motion and duly seconded, the body passed Resolution No. 2025-0124, resetting the 15th Regular Session of the 15th City Council from October 29, 2025 to November 05, 2025.
