Ariosa Street, from corner Cabrera Street to corner Sanson Street, on the following dates and times: January 9 to 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and January 17 to 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 12:00 midnight, in connection with activities relative to the Fiesta celebration,w the body, on motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa and duly seconded, resolved to treat the matter as urgent and the rules were then suspended.

Following a brief deliberation and given the importance and urgency of the foregoing matter, the body supported the seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa to approve on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 028, entitled: “An Ordinance Approving the Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic of Governor J. Ariosa Street Specifically (Fronting Santo Niño Cathedral) from corners Cabrera and Sanson Streets, During the following Dates and Time, to wit: January 9—16, 2026, from 1:00 O’clock in the afternoon up to 10:00 O’clock in the Evening, and January 17 to 18, 2026, from 1:00 O’clock in the afternoon up to 12:00 O’clock Midnight, in connection with the weeklong celebration of the Annual Feast of Señor Santo Niño,” and for its consideration on Second Reading through the passage of Resolution No. 2026-0222.

Ariosa and duly seconded, adopted Resolution No. 2026-0224, approving on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 028 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-624, entitled: “An Ordinance Approving the Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic of Governor J. Ariosa Street Specifically (Fronting Santo Niño Cathedral) from corners Cabrera and Sanson Streets, During the following Dates and Time, to wit: January 9—16, 2026, from 1:00 O’clock in the afternoon up to 10:00 O’clock in the Evening, and January 17 to 18, 2026, from 1:00 O’clock in the afternoon up to 12:00 O’clock Midnight, in connection with the weeklong celebration of the Annual Feast of Señor Santo Niño.”
