Honorable Obaob presented his concern pertaining to the current condition of the road along B.F. Arao Avenue more particularly within the boundary of Barangay Banale and Barangay Balintawak where, per observation, the abrupt narrowing from 4 lanes to 2 lanes is hazardous to the passing motorists which situation is further aggravated by the unabated illegal parking by some private vehicle owners along the sides of the road.

During the discussion, Honorable Acedillo gave information that he had already shared the foregoing predicament with the City Engineer, Engr. Gloria Samson, together with the City Administrator, Mr. Vince Quipot, where the attention of City Traffic Division was called and there was an assurance that road warning signs will be installed today. Honorable Lim, Jr., for his part, after knowing that the lots along the side of the road is under the jurisdiction of the City Government and the perception that the completion of the 4 lanes might be delayed due to financial constraints, he then suggested two (2) options to either put road paint to redirect motorist to the 2-lane passage, or install road blocks/islands.
