Upon resumption, in view of the information provided by Honorable Bana that there are existing ordinances pertaining to the banning of drinking liquor and intoxicating beverages on public areas; regulating the use of videoke machines and other amplified audio devices; and the institution of curfew hours for minors, the body, supported her new motion to approve on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 039, entitled: “An Ordinance Prohibiting the Act of Being Topless or Half–Naked in Public Places,” through the passage of Resolution No. 2026-0373.
